Execsource is an independent team of career support and talent sourcing freelancers. For privacy questions, contact info@execsource.org.
What information we handle
We handle the contact information and messages you provide when making an enquiry. If you become a client, this may also include your CV, work history, career preferences, documents, application records, and service correspondence. Employer enquiries may include hiring briefs and professional contact details.
For talent sourcing, we may research publicly available professional information and information candidates share directly. We make clear which information comes from research and which details have been confirmed.
Why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, agree and deliver services, prepare documents, manage approved applications, support talent searches, and maintain necessary service records. Depending on the purpose, we may use information to respond to a service request, carry out an agreement, meet a legal duty, or pursue a legitimate interest after considering your rights. Where we need your consent, we ask for it separately.
Sharing information
Relevant team members may access information to deliver the agreed service. We share application documents with employers or application platforms only with your permission. When sharing candidate information, we limit it to the agreed purpose and must have a valid legal reason to share it. Service providers may process information for hosting, email, document storage, and enquiry handling. The final notice will identify the relevant providers and explain any overseas processing and safeguards.
Enquiries sent through our contact form are forwarded to our team by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form forwarding service. FormSubmit receives your name, email address, chosen service and message in order to email them to us. According to FormSubmit's documentation, it keeps submissions for 30 days. Please do not include passwords or sensitive identity documents in your enquiry.
We do not sell personal information or publish client documents or testimonials without permission.
Keeping information safe and no longer than needed
Access should be limited to people who need it for the service, with appropriate account and document protections. We keep information only for the service purpose and necessary legal or recordkeeping obligations. The launch version will specify retention periods or clear criteria for enquiries, client files, and financial records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information. Where applicable, you can also ask us to limit its use, object to its use, request a transferable copy, or withdraw consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another applicable data protection authority.
