Cancellation & Refund Policy

If work has not started

You can cancel and receive a full refund of the service fee paid. Email info@execsource.org with your name and service details.

If work is already underway

We will explain what has been completed and assess a fair refund for the unused portion of your payment. Charges for completed work should reflect the agreed scope and pricing. We will share the calculation with you instead of making a deduction without explaining it.

If you would prefer to pause

Let us know. Where practical, we can agree on a pause or adjust the remaining work instead of cancelling. Any revised schedule or fee will be confirmed before proceeding.

If something is not right

Please tell us what needs attention. We will review it against the agreed brief and discuss a suitable correction, revision, or refund where appropriate. If we cannot provide an agreed service, we will refund the part of the service not delivered.

Processing a refund

We will confirm the amount and initiate an agreed refund promptly, normally through the original payment method. We will explain the expected timing, which can depend on the payment provider.

A lack of interviews or offers does not by itself mean agreed research or document work was not delivered. This policy does not limit cancellation or refund rights given to you by law.
