An enquiry does not commit you to a purchase. Before paid work starts, we confirm the services, agreed work and documents, fee, payment arrangements, timeline, and included revisions in writing. Any changes are discussed and agreed before additional work begins.

Our services

Services may include opportunity research, tailored CVs and cover letters, application support you approve, and employer talent sourcing. Execsource operates independently and does not claim affiliations with recruitment companies.

Your information and approval

Please provide accurate information and review documents before use. We will not invent qualifications or achievements. We submit applications only with your permission and within the limits you agree. You are responsible for confirming that personal statements and eligibility information are correct, and for deciding which roles to pursue. Please do not send passwords by email or through the enquiry form.

Timing, feedback, and changes

We agree on a practical schedule and keep you informed if something changes. Missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery. If you need to pause or change direction, contact us so we can agree on a workable next step.

What we can promise

We commit to carrying out the agreed work with reasonable care. Vacancies may change or close. Employers control interviews, offers, and hiring decisions, so these outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Employers using our sourcing support remain responsible for assessments, reference checks, and hiring decisions.

Documents and confidentiality

You may use the final documents prepared for you for your own career purposes, under the payment terms we agree. We respect confidential information and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
